Vacate October 12, 2022 Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the

parties advised that they had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter

and the hearing currently scheduled for October 12, 2022, was not necessary. Sufficient

cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the

calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of

Contractors for further action.
