The above-captioned matter was set for a written Status Update at the request of the parties, due no later than July 18, 2022. The parties did not submit the required Status Update.

On July 19, 2022, the Office of Administrative Hearings emailed the parties to request the written Status Update. Neither party responded to the email request.

On July 22, 2022, the Administrative Law Judge issued a Minute Entry advising the parties that if the parties failed to submit a written Status Update by Wednesday, July 27, 2022, at 5:00 p.m., the matter will be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and remanded to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for any further action.

The parties failed to submit the required Written Status Update by the extended deadline of July 27, 2022.

Therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action.
