On March 22, 2022, King Valley Construction Group, Inc. (“Respondent”) filed correspondence with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which Respondent advised that it has withdrawn its appeal in this matter. On March 23, 2022, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”) filed a No Objection to Motion to Withdraw.

Upon review and consideration of the filings of both parties, and sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action.
