HEARING

On January 07, 2022, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors issued a Notice of Hearing in the above-captioned matter set for 1:00 p.m. on February 22, 2022, at the Office of Administrative Hearings (“OAH”) in Phoenix, Arizona.

On February 22, 2022, the parties participated in an informal settlement conference and requested that the matter be set for a Status Update. The parties’ request was granted and a Minute Entry – Granting Continuance was issued by the same date setting the matter for a Status Update on March 25, 2022. The correspondence was not returned by the United States Postal Services as undeliverable to either party.

A Status Update was not received by the parties on or before March, 25, 2022. To date, no such report has been submitted to OAH.

Therefore,

IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to Ariz. Admin. Code R2-19-111(4) this matter is hereby vacated from OAH’s calendar and is remanded to the referring agency for further action, if any.
