HEARING

On February 9, 2022, a hearing convened in the above-entitled matter. During the hearing, the parties requested to discuss the matter off the record. The parties later informed the Administrative Law Judge that they had reached a financial settlement.

The parties requested additional time for the payment to be processed and

the matter was set for a status update for February 16, 2022.

On February 17, 2022, Complainant notified the tribunal by telephone that he had received the check for the agreed upon amount. The matter was set for two additional status updates on February 24, 2022 and March 8, 2022. The order that set the matter for a status update for March 8, 2022 requested that Complainant notify the tribunal of whether it desired to vacate the hearing. Having received no response from Complainant,

IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in the above-entitled matter is vacated from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings pursuant to Arizona Administrative Code R2-19-111(4).
