On January 14, 2022, Respondent filed a Notice of Withdrawal and Request to Vacate Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which Respondent advised that it had withdrawn its appeal of the denial of the Application to Add Ownership/Personnel, the basis for this hearing, and therefore, the hearing currently scheduled for February 18, 2022, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action.
