FINDINGS OF FACT

1. The Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC) issued a Citation in this matter based upon a complaint filed by Bonnie Lee Graler. Through the Citation, the ROC alleged that Respondent My Neighborhood Handyman, LLC (Neighborhood Handyman) may have violated Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.) 32-1154(A)(1) and (22).

2. My Neighborhood filed an answer to the Citation and the matter was referred to the Office of Administrative Hearings for an evidentiary hearing.

3. On May 6, 2022, the ROC issued a Notice of Hearing setting the matter for hearing on June 14, 2022 at 1:00 p.m.

3. At the start of the hearing, and before the presentation of evidence, the parties stipulated to the following:

Neighborhood Handyman violated A.R.S. 32-1154(A)(1) as charged in the Citation.

Neighborhood Handyman violated A.R.S. 32-1154(A)(22) as charged in the Citation.

License No. ROC 289695 issued to Neighborhood Handyman should be revoked.

CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

Based on the stipulation of the parties, the Administrative Law Judge concludes that Neighborhood Handyman violated A.R.S. 32-1154(A)(1) and (22).

RECOMMENDED ORDER

Based on stipulation of the parties, it is recommended that on the effective date of the Order, the ROC shall revoke license number 289695 held by My Neighborhood Handyman, LLC.

In the event of certification of the Administrative Law Judge Decision by the Director of the Office of Administrative Hearings, the effective date of the Order will be 40 days from the date of that certification.
