On October 18, 2022, a Minute Entry – Granting Continuance was issued by the Office of Administrative Hearings (“OAH”) which set the above-captioned matter for a Status Update due October 31, 2022. On October 31, 2022, OAH received a Motion to Vacate from Respondent, with evidence that establishes the underlying dispute between the parties has been resolved. Receiving no correspondence from Complainant, the undersigned grants Respondent’s motion. Therefore,

IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to Ariz. Admin. Code R4-9-111(4) that this matter is hereby vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and is remanded to the referring agency for further action, if any.
