v.

David Martin Specht

DBA: Cirtcele Electric,

License No. ROC 204287

RESPONDENT

No. 2021A-05131-CHC-ROC

ORDER VACATING

HEARING

The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on March 7, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. On the date and time set for hearing, Complainant Kevin Dyer appeared on his own behalf with his wife, Shelley Dyer. David Specht appeared on behalf of Respondent Cirtcele Electric. Arizona Registrar of Contractors Investigator Steven Avila appeared as a witness.

The parties participated in a prehearing discussion outside of the presence of the Administrative Law Judge. As a result of the prehearing discussion, the parties were able to resolve the matter in dispute by agreeing to a financial settlement that was paid electronically during the time allotted for the prehearing discussion. Consequently, the parties entered into and fully executed a settlement agreement without the need for hearing.

Based on the above,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action.

Done this day, March 7, 2022.
