ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE
At the request of Respondent, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a Status Update on Monday, November 17, 2025. On or before this date Respondent shall submit one of the following motions to the Office of Administrative Hearings (“OAH”):
(1) Submit a Motion to Vacate the hearing, as Respondent does not contest Complainant’s eligibility to access the Arizona Registrar of Contractor’s Recovery Fund, nor does Respondent contest the $15,942.92 Notice of Administrative Award issued May 30, 2025;
(2) Explain to the tribunal why Respondent needs additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 15-days, 30-days, or 45-days,
(3) Inform the tribunal that Respondent would like for the matter be Set for Hearing. Include any dates of unavailability 30-45 days from the date of submission.
Failure to timely submit a Status Update may result in the matter being vacated from OAH’s calendar and remanded to the referring agency for further action, if any, pursuant to Ariz. Admin. Code R2-19-111(4).
