During the hearing in this matter, Complainant Teresa Lynn Jones indicated she would withdraw her complaint in this matter if Respondent repaid the funds she had paid on the project. On May 10, 2022, Complainant notified the Office of Administrative Hearings and the undersigned Administrative Law Judge that Respondent had returned the funds to her and she was satisfied with that outcome. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action.
