On March 15, 2023, the parties filed a Stipulation to Dismiss Citation and Vacate Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the parties advised that they have agreed to dismiss the Citation issued in this matter and to vacate the scheduled hearing. The parties further indicated they “expressly reserve their right to pursue civil remedies in a different legal forum.”

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action.
