On November 17, 2021, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”) filed a Notice of Settlement and Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Registrar advised that the parties had reached a settlement in this matter and requested that the hearing currently scheduled for December 9, 2021, be vacated and remanded.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for any further action.
