At the conclusion of the hearing in this matter, the parties agreed they may be able to resolve the issue without a decision being issued by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. Good cause appearing, the record in this matter is held open pending a Status Update due on April 29, 2022. On or before this date, the parties are advised to do one of the following:

(1) Inform the tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

(2) Inform the tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

(3) Inform the tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that a decision in this matter be issued.
