On October 22, 2021, the parties filed a Joint Notice of Settlement and Request to Vacate Administrative Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the parties advised that they have reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and requested that the hearing currently scheduled on October 29, 2021, be vacated.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for any further action.
