This matter was previously set for a status update due by December 27, 2021, while the parties attempted to resolve the matter absent a hearing. No update was submitted by either party by that date. On January 20, 2022, the matter was again set for a status update, which was due no later than February 28, 2022. The minute entry setting the February 28, 2022 status update deadline advised the parties as follows:

If a status update is not provided by February 28, 2022, the Administrative Law Judge will conclude that the issues have been resolved and will vacate the matter.

To date, no status update has been received by either party. Accordingly,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action.
