On August 23, 2022, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (Registrar) filed a Notice of Resolution and Request to Vacate and Remand with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Registrar advised that the parties had reached a settlement of the underlying issues in these matters and the hearing currently scheduled for August 29, 2022, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in these matters are vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action.
