On February 4, 2022, Complainant filed correspondence with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which Complainant advised that the parties had reached a resolution in principle, however, the settlement agreement had not yet been executed. On February 7, 2022, counsel for Respondent filed an Unopposed Motion to Dismiss with Prejudice and Vacate the Hearing, which advised, “[t]he parties have successfully negotiated a settlement of all matters between them, and commemorated their settlement in writing signed by all parties. Counsel for Respondent has personally consulted with the Complainant and confirmed that the Complainant does not oppose this motion.”

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action.
