On January 12, 2022, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”) filed a Notice of Recovery Fund Quash Order and Request to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Registrar advised that it issued a Recovery Fund Quash Order in this matter, and requested that the hearing be vacated and remanded.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter (set on January 20, 2022, at 1:00 p.m.) is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action.
