On July 11, 2023, Complainant, through counsel, filed correspondence with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which Complainant’s counsel advised:

The parties have not resolved the matter. However, Complainant intends to pursue her remaining claims against Respondent through compulsory arbitration in accordance with the parties’ contract. That venue is the proper forum to resolve the remaining claims. As such, Complainant hereby withdraws her complaint with the Registrar of Contractors and requests that the hearing before the Office of Administrative Hearings be vacated.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action.
