On October 1, 2021, counsel for Respondent Jesse Van Balen filed a Motion to Withdraw Request for Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which counsel indicated Respondent wished to withdraw their request for a hearing for the Cease and Desist Order issued to Respondent. As a result, the hearing currently scheduled for October 29, 2021, is not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action.
