On the record, the parties confirmed with the Administrative Law Judge that on June 11, 2021 the parties conferred and then agreed upon a stipulated Consent Order that this matter be vacated and remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for further enforcement.pursuant to the terms of the parties’ June 11, 2021 Stipulated Consent Order.

Finding that the June 11, 2021 Consent Order resolves all issues pending adjudication, there being no objection raised,

NOW THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Hearing in this consolidated case shall be and is hereby ORDERED VACATED.

FURTHER IT IS ORDERED this matter shall be and is hereby REMANDED to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further ROC enforcement in accordance with the terms and conditions of the parties’ June 11, 2021 stipulated Consent Order.
