HEARING

The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on September 29, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. On the date and time set for hearing, Rodney Wayne Wallace appeared on his own behalf with his wife, Karla Wallace. Jesus R. Leyva appeared on behalf of Leyva Construction. Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”) Investigator Michael Springer was also present.

Prior to the commencement of the hearing and outside of the presence of the Administrative Law Judge, the parties participated in a pre-hearing discussion. As a result of that pre-hearing discussion, the parties reached a resolution of the matters in dispute and agreed to vacate the hearing.

Based upon the agreement of the parties,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for any further action.
