HEARING

The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on July 26, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. On the date and time set for hearing, DeAnn Miller-Heyer, Chief Financial Officer, and Ivan Santacruz, Client Services Manager, appeared on behalf of Complainant AZ Labor Force, Inc., doing business as Labor Systems. Tim Blake, Managing Partner, appeared on behalf of Respondent Landcare Unlimited, LLC. Prior to the commencement of the hearing and outside the presence of the Administrative Law Judge, the parties participated in a pre-hearing discussion. As a result of the pre-hearing discussion, the parties resolved the matter in dispute.

Based on the settlement reached by the parties,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for any further action.
