The record is being held open for the sole purpose of allowing the parties an opportunity to brief the issue of whether an award of restitution is permissible/appropriate in this administrative forum. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED pursuant to agreement of the parties, that Respondent will submit its brief no later than 5:00 p.m. on September 27, 2021, and Complainant will submit his responsive brief no later than 5:00 p.m. on October 8, 2021. There is a seven (7) page, double-spaced limit for those briefs. If reply briefs are to be filed, they must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on October 13, 2021, and be no longer than three (3) pages double-spaced.
