On November 18, 2022, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”) filed a Notice of Respondent’s Intent to No Longer Proceed with Hearing and Request to Vacate Hearing (“Request”) with the Office of Administrative Hearings. In the Request, the Registrar provides notice that “Respondent, who requested the hearing in this matter, has confirmed with the [Registrar] that he longer wishes to proceed with the hearing to challenge the [Registrar’s] recovery fund award.”

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action.
