On July 14, 2021, counsel for Respondent filed a Notice of Appearance of Counsel and Withdrawal of Answer with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which Respondent advised that “Respondent hereby withdraws its answer filed on or about May 25, 2021, and withdraws its request to contest the Complaint in the above-captioned matter.” Petitioner was afforded an opportunity to respond, but did not do so before the scheduled hearing time. The hearing convened as scheduled at 1:00 p.m. on July 21, 2021; Respondent did not appear. Upon consideration of Respondent’s filing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors to determine discipline and otherwise resolve the complaint.
