ORDER VACATING

HEARING

On January 8, 2024, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”) filed an Expedited Motion to Vacate Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Registrar advised that “further review of the recovery fund claim and proposed administrative award are necessary in this case. The Registrar has issued a Recovery Fund Quash Order, dated January 8, 202[4].” The Registrar further requested that the hearing scheduled on January 9, 2024, at 9:00 a.m., be vacated “in order for the Registrar to review the claim and take appropriate action in due course.”

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action.
