On August 2, 2021, Respondent’s counsel filed a Stipulated Motion to Vacate Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which counsel advised that the parties have reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and requested that the hearing currently scheduled for August 3, 2021, be vacated.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for any further action.
