On May 21, 2021, Shani Elise Barrett (“Complainant”), through counsel, filed a Notice of Voluntary Withdrawal of Administrative Complaint Without Prejudice with the Office of Administrative Hearings, in which Complainant advised that she has withdrawn her Complainant “without intending to prejudice her ability to refile the Complaint, if necessary” in order to “seek broader relief in the Maricopa County Superior Court without waiving Complainant’s right to seek relief related to the matter included in the Registrar’s Citation before the Office of Administrative Hearings.”

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action.
