On February 10, 2021, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (Registrar) submitted an Amended Notice of Order Quashing Notice of Qualifying Party Denial and Notice of Denial of Change of Ownership/Personnel and Request to Vacate (Notice). In the Notice, the Registrar requested that the hearing be vacated because the Registrar had withdrawn the action giving rise to this hearing.

Pursuant to A.A.C. R2-19-111, this matter is moot and a hearing is no longer necessary.

IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action.
