HEARING

On December 16, 2020, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Complainant”) filed a Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which Complainant advised that Jeremy Lee Frederick, doing business as WIHN Services (“Respondent”), has withdrawn its licensing application and requested that the hearing currently scheduled for January 13, 2021, be vacated.

Based on the above,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to Complainant for any further action.
