On March 22, 2021, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”) filed a Notice of Settlement and Request to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Registrar advised that the parties have reached a settlement in the above-captioned matter, and requested that the hearing be vacated and the matter remanded to the Registrar.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for any further action.
