On June 15, 2022, the Registrar of Contractors (Registrar) submitted a Notice of Recovery Fund Quash Order and Request to Vacate because the Registrar had quashed the Notice and Order of Recovery Fund Ineligibility giving rise to this hearing.

Pursuant to A.A.C. R2-19-111, this matter is moot and a hearing is no longer necessary.

IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action.
