ORDER VACATING HEARING

At the time of the administrative hearing in this matter, and following presentation of their information, the parties discussed the matter off the record and came to a verbal agreement to resolve the Complaint to their respective satisfactions. The parties advised the undersigned of their verbal agreement, summarized herein:

The parties’ verbal agreement is that Complainant will repay to Respondent $8,000.00 which is an amount, which is less than the full contract price, that the parties determined accounted for some materials and work that had been performed at the project. Additionally, beginning on March 16, 202l, Complainant will communicate with Respondent as to a timeline or timeframe for payment.

Based on the foregoing,

IT IS ORDERED the hearing in this matter is vacated and the matter is remanded to the agency for any further action.
