Complainant Arizona Registrar of Contractor (ROC) informed the tribunal that Respondent’s representative, Eduardo Rodriguez Jr., communicated that he was withdrawing his application for a license, and therefore Complainant requested that the hearing be dismissed.
Good cause appearing, based on Respondent’s withdrawal of his license application, this matter is hereby vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and the matter is remanded to the ROC for further action.
