On March 15, 2021, the assigned Registrar of Contractors Investigator, Arlo Houston, forwarded to the Office of Administrative Hearings an email received from Complainant that advised of the following: “I sold the property and closed on it last Thursday. I’ll be pursuing a lawsuit against the contractor in lieu of continued pursuit of this action. Thanks for your work on this this.”

In light of the above information that Complainant is no longer pursing the filed Complaint in this matter,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for any further action.
