Kent took care of all the issues we had. I was unsure how to proceed and meant to ask you sooner, just been really busy at work. Kent has satisfied all issues of the complaint. There is no need for a hearing.

In light of the above,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for any further action.
