RESPONDENT On September 29, 2020, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (Registrar) filed a Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Registrar advised that the Respondent withdrew its request for a hearing in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for October 8, 2020, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action.
