HEARING

This matter was previously set for a status update due by February 21, 2021, to allow the parties to resolve this matter absent a hearing with a payment plan in place to be completed by February 1, 2021. To date, Complainant has not submitted a status update. On or about March 12, 2021, Respondent notified the Registrar of Contractors that it had fully satisfied the outstanding debt owed to Complainant. Based on the lack of a request from Complainant that the matter proceed to hearing based on Respondent’s failure to comply with the payment plan, together with Respondent’s avowal that the full payment has been made,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action.
