On November 18, 2020 and November 24, 2020, Respondent Concrete Ventures LLC filed a Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Respondent advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for December 7, 2020, was not necessary. To date there has been no objection received by Petitioner. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action.
