ORDER VACATING

HEARING

The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on January 4, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. On the date and at the time set for hearing, Matthew Carlson appeared on behalf of Complainant General Fence Company, LLC (“Complainant”). Richard Querry II appeared on behalf of Respondent VEP Valley Exterior Painting, LLC. Prior to the commencement of the hearing, the parties participated in a pre-hearing discussion outside of the presence of the Administrative Law Judge. As a result of that discussion, the parties reached a resolution of the matter in dispute, however, needed additional time to execute the terms of the agreement.

The Administrative Law Judge informed the parties that the matter would be set for a Status Update within one week and that an Order setting the date would issue. Prior to the issuance of the Order, Complainant submitted to the Office of Administrative Hearings confirmation that the terms of the parties’ agreement had been executed.

Based on the above,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action.
