ORDER VACATING

HEARING

On December 22, 2020, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”) issued a Notice of Hearing (“Notice”) setting the above-captioned matter for hearing on January 22, 2021, at 1:00 p.m., at the Office of Administrative Hearings (“OAH”) in Phoenix, Arizona.

On December 28, 2020, OAH issued an Order informing the parties that the hearing would take pace remotely. Videoconference and teleconference information was provided to the parties.

Neither the Notice nor Order were returned to OAH as being undeliverable to Complainant via United States postal mail or email.

On January 14, 2021, OAH received 6 unmarked exhibits from Complainant via email.

On January 22, 2021, Complainant failed to appear for the scheduled hearing. No request to continue or appear via alternative means was received by OAH from Complainant. At the end of a 10 minute grace period, the undersigned found Complainant to be in default.

4. There is no Settlement Order on file for this case at OAH.

Therefore,

IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to Ariz. Admin. Code this matter is hereby vacated from OAH’s calendar and remanded to the referring agency for further action, if any.
