On September 30, 2020, Complainant Sonoran Steelworks, LLC (“Complainant”) filed a request to cancel hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which Complainant advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter.

Based on the above,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Director of the Registrar of Contractors for any further action.
