HEARING

On November 6, 2020, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (Registrar) filed a Notice of Entry of Consent Order and Request to Vacate Hearing and Remand Case to Registrar with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Registrar advised that Respondent had entered into a consent agreement with the Registrar in which Respondent waived its right to a hearing in a separate matter and consented to vacate any pending matters in the Office of Administrative Hearings. As a result, the hearing currently scheduled for December 4, 2020, was not necessary. Accordingly,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action.
