ORDER VACATING

HEARING

The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on June 15, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. On the date and at the time set for hearing, Marshall Hunt, Esq. appeared on behalf of Southwest R P X Family Limited Partnership. Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”) Investigator Beau Cruz was present. John Paul Baker (“Complainant”) did not appear. However, Mr. Hunt advised that the parties had resolved the dispute in the above-captioned matter and counsel for Complainant would be filing a Notice of Settlement. Investigator Cruz informed the tribunal that he had spoken with counsel for Complainant and was advised that the parties had settled the matter.

Subsequent to the convening of the hearing, the parties filed with the Office of Administrative Hearings a Notice of Settlement and Request to Vacate Hearing on Contested Case (“Notice”). The Notice indicated that the parties have settled the matter and requested that the hearing be vacated.

Based on the above,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action.
