On December 2, 2020, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”) forwarded to the Office of Administrative Hearings a request to vacate hearing that was submitted by Complainant Steven Berman (“Complainant”) in which Complainant advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter.

Based on the above,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for any further action.
