On September 1, 2020, the Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”) forwarded to the Office of Administrative Hearings correspondence from Complainant to the assigned Registrar Investigator, in which Complainant advised that, “all items are fixed and I approve the job is done and I am happy with the work he has done.” Based on the above, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action.
