On July 14, 2020, the Respondent (Fripps Mohave Construction LLC) filed a

Notice of Settlement and Request to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in

which it was advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues

in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for July 22, 2020, was not necessary.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the

calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors

for further action.
