On June 23, 2020, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (Registrar) forwarded a

letter from the parties to the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the parties

advised that they had reached an agreement resolving all outstanding issues in this

matter and the hearing currently scheduled for July 21, 2020, was not necessary.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the

calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further

action.
